Contact Open Arms Youth and Adult Services BCI Coordinator Kahili Graham to setup your BCI application.

Call the DCFS office that is in your region (refer to link below). Call ASAP to setup a BCI appointment. After setting your appointment complete steps 2 and 3.

**You cannot attend this appointment without completing steps 2 and 3 **

Before attending your BCI appointment you must pickup a BCI application from the office of Open Arms Youth and Adult Services.

After completing your BCI application at your set appointment return the application to Open Arms Youth and Adult Services.

You are required to complete the Home Study Packet. This will help us get a better idea of your home life and living situation. Simply download the for and fill it out on your computer. Once you have completed the home study packet, save it and send it to kahili.graham@oayas.com

The next step is to complete is the Proctor Parent Application. Type in and submit your e-mail address below. Once you have clicked on "submit" you will receive an email with a link to access the Proctor Parent Application. In the email you will find the link as well as a password for the site.
